My 3+ years at Harvard Business Publishing has been a progressive trajectory of leadership, operational efficiency, and global impact. Starting as a Delivery Specialist, I managed high-value projects, collaborated with prestigious global clients, and optimized processes to benefit over 1,500 learners worldwide. Transitioning to a Senior Project Specialist, I took on more responsibilities by designing onboarding strategies for new teams and creating scalable client service models. Now, as a Senior Learner Experience Specialist, I lead a team dedicated to enhancing learner experiences and incorporating valuable feedback into program improvements.

My time has been filled with continuous learning, thoughtful problem-solving, and a dedication to supporting learners and improving their experiences.

All this to say that I am passionate about my work, deeply care and get impacted by it. In this process, I have enjoyed diving deep into the learning process and how effective learning can happen virtually.
