Whether it is internal or external stakeholders, communication is key to the smooth functioning of a team. And I attempt to compliment my team member's communication style for the best results.

I believe I function well under pressure. Setting realistic deadlines and meeting them helps me take on tasks and accomplish them to the best of my abilities.

Be it a research problem - why do humans value losses twice as much as gains or an issue with servicing a stakeholder, I thrive by solving problems through some conventional and some unconventional ways.

I understand that no task can be accomplished without the cooperation of the team. I attempt to understand my role in it, and produce the best output I can, while constantly improving my skills.

My bachelor's in psychology gave me the theoretical background for my knowledge of human behaviour. And my internships, projects and online courses have helped strengthen it.

Having worked independently to some extent, I am extremely self motivated and like to take on new challenges and responsibilities. You wouldn't get a change to tell me twice about a task.
